Just in case you were wondering – 411 is an American expression to denote “what’s the word on the street”. We love the sentiment
that this re ects – what’s new to learn and what’s all the excitement about? Jesus teaches that He has called us to life in all its fullness. 411 aims to explore what this looks like in our day-to-day lives.
As with Sparks, 411 sessions are held in a dedicated room and each week you will nd everyone having a great time as they play games, get messy through art and craft activities, explore some great stories, and think about how we can connect with God and become more fully alive.
Every session in 411 is written with your child’s development and enjoyment in mind. Using stories from the Bible to explore God’s nature, the life of Jesus and various themes such as creation, faithfulness, family, kindness and prayer, your child will nd an environment of fun, learning and exploring.
In the autumn term, 411 will be doing sessions from The Greatest Journey, an exciting 12-lesson Bible study that has been designed to equip the children for the greatest adventure of all: to live boldly as faithful followers of Jesus Christ. In the new year, they will be looking at the fruits of the Spirit and in the summer term, 411 will explore
the lives of a few unsung heroes in the Bible and what makes them special.
Each term there will also be an outward focus and some special events, including for example Shoebox Sunday, where 411 will visit the Operation Christmas Child warehouse and help with checking boxes and praying for the children who’ll receive them.
