"I came to West Wilts Vineyard a year and a half ago and I have never felt so welcomed by a group of people before. I felt completely part of the family from the word go. Its from my experience here at WWVY that I have fully come to realise that church isn\'t a building, or a thing I go to on a sunday, its people just loving each other as God wants us to, caring and sharing (in laughter, fun and the sad times) with each other and the people around them...24/7."

"This Church has been a home and family to me since the beginning, it's such a beautiful thing to be part of something so significant and life changing and having the opportunity to play a part in the growth and development of such a down to earth and yet beautifully spiritual community of people. I'm genuinely excited about life and this community, God is at work here, anything could happen! Peoples lives are being transformed and the fact that we are such an accessible church, a church where all are welcome, come as you are, this really is "church for the rest of us".

"I cannot believe that I am a part of a church that knows how to have so much fun ?€? everybody is passionate about discovering more about Jesus but also knows how to have a laugh too. People who don?€?t usually go to church really enjoy it ?€? and they understand what is being said too because the talks are easy to follow and relevant."

I have found security in the accountability of the wider Vineyard movement working within our church community. I am regularly reminded of my value as God's child and find inspiration in the teaching and worship music, mostly it is the people that make up the church that I enjoy spending time with."

"I have been part of the west wilts vineyard for 2 years now and they have been 2 of the most happy and rewarding years of my life! Things
would be very different for me today had I have not visited a friend in Trowbridge 2 years ago and met a lovely couple that were already part of West Wilts Vineyard. I wasn't in a very good place in life at all. I was very lonely where i was living in dorset and only had one good friend. After talking to a couple from Vineyard the evening that I visited Trowbridge I could see something incredibly different about them and wanted to know more, so I came to church the following morning although I really wasn't sure that I wanted too. That morning a man was sharing his story about how God had drastically changed his life and healed him for all sorts of addictions - I know God had meant for me to be there. I dedicated my life to God that morning and my life has been turned around since. I was there for me I was still coming over to Trowbridge every Sunday on my quad to be part of this very special community that God wanted me to be a part of. I remember a few people saying to me when was I going to move to Trowbridge!?? I really hated Trowbridge and could not imagine living here, I lived in a beautiful little cottage in Dorset why would I want to live in Trowbridge!?. This is Gods sense of humour at its best!! One sunday God clearly spoke to me and said that I should hand my notice in at work and tell my landlord that I would be moving out within a month!! Huge leap of faith! God lined up everything to work perfectly when the risk looked massive. Oh and just so that you know I absolutely love living in Trowbridge now! I consider everyone that goes to WWVY to be my family and the change in me over these 2 years has been awesome, getting to know Jesus as my friend has been the best!! One of the most profound things about being part of such an amazing community and growing with Jesus is that I do not worry about anything any more. I was never judged, I was made to feel so welcome and I was shown love and compassion like I have never experienced before, I have never looked back and I have never been so happy and so free! =)"

"Just to send you our sincere thanks and gratitude for the Christmas boxes which me and my daughters received via our Splitz counsellor. There was so much thought and love put into those gifts and we were all very touched by the generosity of the church group. And the hamper was so welcome and will ease the expense of Christmas food shopping.
This time last year (and for many years before) we were putting together shoe boxes for those in need of a bit of Christmas cheer and here we are a year later receiving them. So much can happen in such a short time and it's vital not to lose sight of the things in life which mean the most: friends and family and the unconditional love that they have for you. My friends restored my faith in God's love and opened my eyes to seeing what I have and not what I have lost.
Bless you all for your kindness and we hope that you have a wonderful Christmas filled with peace and love. We'll all say a prayer of thanks for you."
